A Typical Balancing Session
During a typical session, I will gather information about your
energy field and use the information to determine which
techniques to employ during the treatment. I will use my
energy field as a conduit for the universal energy all around us
to bring more balance and stability into your own. The
immediate goals I am striving for are:

A balancing session is a different experience for everyone. You
can expect to be treated professionally and respectfully.
Normally, I will contact you prior to our appointment to ask
some basic questions about your health and to find out what
you hope to gain from your session. During this "interview" I
will give you further instructions for your session and we will
decide on a good time to discuss your reaction to your session
afterwards. This contact also provides both of us with an
opportunity to get a feel for one another. If for any reason
you are uncomfortable, you are under no obligation to have
your session.
For an in-person visit, you will be asked to lay on a table
much like a massage table. The treatment is given fully
clothed, with your shoes, watch, and jewelry removed. I will
be using hand placements over your chakras (with the
exception of the first chakra) and at many of your joints, as
well as on your head, hands, and feet. If other hand
placements are necessary (as when speeding local healing time
or clearing meridians ) they may be used. The front and back
sides of the body will be treated. Much time will be spent in
the higher layers of your aura, during which there will be no
physical contact between us.
During a distance session, everything is similar except for that
you will be able to receive your treatment in the comfort of
your own home! You might like to lie down in bed or get
comfortable in a cozy chair before we start, and at the time of
our scheduled appointment I will begin the same process as
outlined above.
The treatment will be as silent as possible in terms of us talking.
During your treatment, whether at a distance or in person,
you may experience physical sensations such as heat, cold, or
tingling. You may experience old emotions surfacing to be
cleared. You may find yourself in a dreamlike state where you
"see" or "hear" things. You might feel nothing at all! The
process is as unique as you are!
Afterwards, I will leave the room and allow you a small space
to rest and gather yourself together. You can leave and I will
contact you later at a predetermined time to discuss how you
felt about your session.
