Everything is energy.
At its most basic form, no matter what you're considering -your cat, Jupiter, the Pythagorean Theorem, hunger, war,
grace - it's energy. Most of us don't see these things as that...we see what our experience has trained us to see:
objects. The world that we live in is a description of what is really going on "out there", based on the parts of the
whole that are most important to our survival. Of course, all of what you see is actually happening, but it's just part
of what is happening.
The purpose of this site, the information, and the courses offered here is to provide you with a new context from
which to approach yourself, others, and the world we are living in. Within that context, you are first and foremost an
energetic being with human awareness..It is very important to understand that distinction: we can never hope to be
more than our own set of experiences as long as we continue to favor one part of what we are - our personalities -
over our total self... our energetic potential. With Lux Anima, I extend this challenge to you: are you ready to explore

the healing energy area focuses on healing practices and deals with total health from en energetic persepctive -
that is, effecting changes all the way down to the physical level by working in the energy field. The personal power
section of the site is primarily concerned with pragmatic choices related to behavior and attitude which can put you
in control of your own energy. There will be a feature topic there a couple of times a month. The creative energy
area is an effort to keep the site feeling "alive", and includes a blog and a gallery. Site Info is where you'll find all
general info and contact forms, and the coursework section details the study programs offered at present

give brief explanations of the more difficult terms (they're highlighted!) - if you need help,
